Introducing the Vivo V50 Starry Night Variant

The Vivo V50 smartphone will introduce its Starry Night variant, featuring India’s First 3D-Star Technology. This innovation transforms the device’s back panel into a vibrant canvas that responds to its surroundings. In bright sunlight or under focused indoor lightin sparkles like a night sky filled with stars. “The effec with sholographic dots stretching into meteor-like tails when illuminated by elonga light sources or softly glowing under circular lights, inspired by the vastness of the universe,” the company explained. Additionally, a Rose Red variant will be offered, representing luxury and celebration, and beautifully showcasing the richness and vibrancy of enduring cultural traditions, the company noted.

Display and Design

This will mark Vivo’s first V-series phone to feature a quad-curved display. It is expected to have a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen boasting FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Starry Night edition incorporates the innovative “3D-Star technology,” allowing the back panel to engage with ambient light.

Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset.

The V50 will offer IP68 & IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, running on Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15.
